The Brief:

Working alongside Stuart Haydon, Portfolio Manager and Samantha Payton-Smith… was to replace older dated promotional information and provide new and updated folder/brochures for six West Midlands regional Industrial Estates owned by A&J Mucklow Group Plc.

This was to design and provide for each site an individual 4-page bespoke folder that would work in both hard copy and electronic format (pdf). Each site was to be given a new colour coded branding for instant attraction and recognition. The overall design had to be threaded across all sites as an instantly recognisable brand associated to A&J Mucklow Group Plc.

Each folder would show photographic imagery of the complete site using aerial drone photography along with internal and external views of individual units located on the site. Full description of the benefits offered by the site and units. Clear concise availability and range of units available on site. Incorporated into the design would be location maps showing the importance of accessibility to the regional road network.

The second part of the brief was then to be able to incorporate the overall colour scheme and design into the large “site boards” at the entrance/s of each estate. This would provide excellent visual roadside promotion helping draw in potential interest.

Specifically, on Stirchley Trading Estate a design was required to be incorporated on a large billboard constructed and displayed on a separate promotional hoarding away from the site.

The third element was again to carry this through to the individual “To Let” boards mounted on available units on site.

In addition, on the Coleshill site 5 interlinked industrial units became vacant. Stuart asked for a separate two page promotional electronic brochure to showcase the units. From that we created within the overall site brand a visual and informative brochure showing off the benefits offered.

Finally, to complete the set of marketing details was to provide a fully functional word document in letterhead format. In the full design of each site, produced to fit exactly into the whole design when placed inside the folder. This allows the client to personalise any specific information required by the potential occupier.

Portfolio Manager
